A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll move your web site(s) to our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost information and unwanted network downtime. That’s the reason why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We’ve got professional administrators whose only responsibility is to make certain that your website performs precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon popular applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, because there are plenty of factors, including the size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to move your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not large).

A: Yep. We’ll require the name of the web site that you wish us to move. We’ll also need a means to access your old hosting account so that we can get the files pertaining to your web site.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the agreement that we will have with you as a client. We’re focused on protecting the safety of the personal info gathered from the customers. A: Nope. Your web site will continue to be available online during the migration. Once everything is done on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything’s alright, all you will have to do is edit your domain name’s DNS resource records.

A: No. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we won’t require anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all regular Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, because we don’t provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.In addition, we do not support proprietary website creation and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
